Getting started

New to Zenthoris? Everything you need to get going is here — from your account to your first element.

Create an account

Username, e-mail and password. You use the same login for the game, the website and the Item Shop.

Download the client

The client is complete, no base game needed. Pick a mirror on the Download page.
Download the client
Install and launch

Run the installer, then always start the game with the Zenthoris launcher — it downloads updates automatically.
Empire and class

Log in, choose an empire (Shinsoo, Chunjo or Jinno) and a class, and create your character.
Skill group, then element

First you pick your skill group, then your element: fire, water, earth or wind. The element is permanent, so check in the guide what each one does first.

Is the game free?

Yes. Registration and the client download are free.

Do I need the original Metin2?

No. The client you download is complete; no base game is required.

Which languages can I play in?

You can choose from thirteen languages: English, Hungarian, German, Turkish, Romanian, Polish, Spanish, Portuguese, French, Italian, Czech, Danish and Dutch.

What is an element, and can I change it later?

You choose between fire, water, earth and wind, and that sets the look of your skills. The choice is final and can't be changed later.

I forgot my password. What should I do?

On the login page, request a reset link to your registered email address. If it does not arrive, contact us on Discord.

My character is stuck. How do I free it?

Log in on the site and press the Unstuck button next to the character on the Account page. The character is moved to the starting town of your empire.
