Windows won’t let it start?
The installer and the launcher aren’t digitally signed, so Windows treats them as unknown apps. It’s not a virus, it only takes a few clicks:
- Blue window (“Windows protected your PC”): click More info, then Run anyway.
- If there’s no such button and it only says it was blocked, that’s Smart App Control. Type it into the Start menu, open it and set it to Off (Windows Security → App & browser control).
- Then start the program again. On an up-to-date Windows 11 you can turn it back on later.

Extract
To any folder, but not under Program Files. Add the folder as an exception in your antivirus.
Start
Start the Zenthoris client and log in with your account details.

If it does not start
- The antivirus quarantined the client: add the whole folder as an exception.
- The Visual C++ package is missing: install it from the Microsoft website.
- The folder is under Program Files, where the client cannot write: move it elsewhere.
- The graphics driver is outdated: update it from the manufacturer website.
